Agreement to Terms

By using the ABI Promedical application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The ABI Promedical App is a health monitoring and rehabilitation guidance platform using sensor technology, AI-based diagnostics, and medical analytics to assist users in tracking, understanding, and improving their physical and mental well-being. The App provides tools such as condition monitoring, movement analysis, and educational support, but does not replace professional medical services.

User Accounts

To use the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

Medical Disclaimer

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It provides informational and assistive tools based on AI models and sensor data, which are not substitutes for professional medical evaluation. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the App in any manner, including uploading false information, interfering with the operation of the App, attempting unauthorized access to systems, or violating any applicable law or regulation.

Subscription and Payments

The App may offer premium features requiring a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plans with prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ABI Promedical or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the App’s content without express permission.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABI Promedical disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Latvia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-app announcements or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
